Unlimited + Membership

With this plan, you'll have no limit to the number of times you can come to the CrossFit gym during the week. This plan is for those looking to get more from their weeks than the normal programming. The Unlimited + Membership, gets you access to additional programming to do on your own as well as access to the Iron Wolf Fitness 24 Hour Gym.

Unlimited Membership

Don't ever worry about how many check-ins you have left in the month! With the unlimited plan, you can attend as many classes, open gym times, community workouts and other activities as you like. This plan gives you the freedom to push yourself!

5 Day Membership

Get a full week of work in, it's shown that going 5 days a week to the gym delivers significantly more results than 3 and 4 days a week. With the 5 day membership you get:

Open Gym access counts as one check-in
Access to all regular classes
Access to Saturday/community WODs as one check-in

4 Day Membership

We get it! Your weeks are hectic and you only have so much spare time to dedicate to your health and wellness. The 4 day membership is designed with those busy parents in mind that have sports on Tuesday's, church on Wednesday's and sometimes confuse the baby formula with the coffee creamer (we've all been there..). Signing up for this plan gets you:

16 total check-ins per month
Open Gym access counts as one check-in
Access to all regular classes
Access to Saturday/community WODs as one check-in

3 Day Membership

If this is your first time in the gym, you are just returning from an injury or you just aren't sure about this whole CrossFit thing, the 3 day membership may be just what you need. Get access to all of our classes to see what time slot best works for you. See what it's like to workout with a coach that's there to help you stay safe and push your limits. The three day membership gets you:

20 Class Punch Card

Sometimes you just need more flexibility than a typical plan can offer. That's why we offer punchcard memberships. If you have an unpredictable work schedule or travel a lot, this is a great alternative that gives you more flexibility on when you use your classes. The punchcards all have set expiration dates to help encourage you to use them before you lose them! With a punchcard membership, you get:
